In an Exchange environment you find that when accessing a single mailbox that contains many folders the performance of Archive Manager is very slow to display the folder contents. This issue is not observed with all mailboxes, only those with large number of folders.
Check the Archive Manager Configuration Utility to see if the WWW Max Folders Displayed variable exists. If the value does not exist then please create it and set it to the maximum value of 1500. This will ensure that if the mailbox has up to 1500 folders they will all be displayed in the tree on the Archive Manager Web interface.
