Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager service is not able to process some users.
A zero kb size file AfterMail.ESM.MailboxID.x.config.xml for the mailboxID (x) exists in this folder C:\Documents and Settings\ArchiveMgr_ESM\Local Settings\Temp
1. Stop the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager service.
2. Go to the C:\Documents and Settings\ArchiveMgr_ESM\Local Settings\Temp folder.
3. Delete the files within this folder.
4. Restart the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager service.
