When performing a search in the Archive Manager Website, for instance, accessing the 5th page of search results, the following error page is shown:
"We are sorry, there has been an error in Archive Manager. Please contact your administrators and help desk and report this error".
The error is reproducible by all users.
Any user that does NOT have the "Add/Edit Custom MailBoxes" security action assigned to their Secuirty Role may face this issue.
WORKAROUND: Add the "Add/Edit Custom MailBoxes" Security Action to the "User" Security Role by editing the "User" Security Role in the Archive Manager Administration website.
1. In the list of Security Roles, locate the "User" Role and click edit.
2. Add the "Add/Edit Custom MailBoxes" Security Action
The specified security action is moved from the list of actions available to add to the list of actions currently loaded and associated with the security role.
