When a search is attempted the following message may be displayed
The search you are performing is too broad
Additionally, it may not return all messages fitting your criteria.
Cause 1. The Configuration Editor entry for maximum search results is set too low.
Cause 2. The Full Text Search Service has lost its current credentials - The password has expired or has been changed.
Depending on the cause perform the following:
RESOLUTION 1:
Increase the Full Text Max Results key in the Configuration Editor to match the number of messages in Archive Manager.The default value is 5000.
Optionally you can match it to the number of messages in Archive Manager as displayed in the Storage Statistics section of the web interface.
Ensure you restart the "Archive Manager Full Text Search service" after changing the value.
RESOLUTION 2: Reset the password for the FTS Account and update all components that rely on that account.
