Issue fixed in 4.1.1. The latest version of Archive Manager can be downloaded athttp://support.quest.com/support_download/downloads.asp
Additional Information

Attachment indexing has beenmulti-threaded so that processing with the iFilter and fetching from external storage can happen in parallel.
