Unable to 'Forward' or 'Send to me' email
Description

When attempting to forward or 'Send to me' an email in Archive Manager web site the following error is displayed:

"The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address"
Cause

The SMTP User field in the Archive Manager Configuration Editor is populated with avalue in an incorrect format. The value should be a valid smtp address, e.g. user@domain.com
Resolution

1. Launch Archive Manager Configuration Editor

2. Click on the second tab 'Encrypted Items'

3. Search for SMTP User config key

4. Change its value to a valid smtp address: username@domain.com
Additional Information

This will usually be found in an environment where the SMTP servers have additional security applied and need special configuration to relay emails
