Description
Environment details:
Archive Manager version: 5.0.1.37 Offline Client version: 5.0.1.37 Outlook: Outlook 2013 32-bit AntiVirus Software: Microsoft Forefront. The folders are excluded from scanning and real-time scanning is disabled as per Chapter 4 Page 18 of the Archive Manager Installation Guide on the following link:
The following error message may appear when trying to open an email and/or attachment using the Offline Client Software:
"Unable to download new messages" and "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."
An example from a log extract would be:
