Description
When using Search Exporter to export items to a PST file on a Network share, you see the following error on screen:"Failed to create personal store. Error: store hasn't been created"

Cause
Office 365 ProPlus edition of Outlook 2016 is installed on the machine running Search Exporter. Exporting to a Network share will not work with the Outlook 2016 Office 365 ProPlus edition. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND1. Uninstall Office 365 ProPlus edition of Outlook 2016
2. Install one of the supported Outlook versions E.g. Outlook 2010, 2013 or Outlook 2016 (not ProPlus edition)STATUS
