From the error find the mailbox that the Archive Manager GroupWise Store Manager service is having a problem with. Take all the mail from that mailbox and put it into a GroupWise archive then move all the mail from the archive back to the GroupWise server.
Wait for the Archive Manager GroupWise Store Manager service to reprocess the mailbox in question and see if the error reoccurs.
This should be done for every GroupWise mailbox that the Archive Manager GroupWise Store Manager service is having a problem with.
