Archive Manager is archiving but emails showing in the web interface are delayed - taking up to 30 minutes to show up in the users mailbox. Why is this happening?
Open the Archive Manager Configuration Editor on the Archive Manager server.
On the General tab there is a defined value of Cache Time = 30
This means that when you execute a search (i.e. open a folder or mailbox in Archive Manager) this search is cached for 30 minutes. So if in the next 30 minutes if you refesh the webpage and go intot the same folder you will still see the same results as before.
To get around this set the cache time to a lower value, (i.e. 0) save changes, and reopen the folder in the users mailbox. You should now see emails that would have been archived from the last time the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager\GroupWise Store manager service exported on its last pass.
