  MAPI error 8004011D Error: Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.

• Description

  The following error is found in the MailboxID logs (ESMWorker logs):

     MAPI error 8004011D

     Error: Microsoft Exchange is not available.  Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.

     Component: Microsoft Exchange Information Store

     Low level error: 80040115

     Context: 00000526

     CExchangeSession::Login open default store 8004011d

         Statistics for this run

   Mailbox export complete.

• Cause

  The service account running the Exchange Store Manager service does not have a mailbox. To confirm, log on to the archive server as the Archivemgr_ESM account and attempt to setup an Outlook profile

• Resolution

  Customer should create a mailbox for the Archivemgr_ESM account in their Exchange environment. After the account is created we recommend logging on to the archive server again and verifying you can setup an Outlook profile
