When navigating to the Index Dashboard from the administration page, the following error is thrown:

1. Stop all Archive Manager services
2. On the Archive Manager SQL server run the following query:
Use ArchiveManager
Select * From FTPartition
3. Identify if there are any Location fields that do not point to a valid directory path
-You may see Message/Attachment instead of a directory path
4. Run the following query to update any partition that does not point to a valid path:
Update FTPartition Set Location = 'C:\Quest\ArchiveManager\Index\Message1' Where FTPartitionID = x
-x is the FTPartitionID for the item without a valid path
-Make sure the Location is set to a directory where the rest of the indexes are located
-Make sure that directory does not already exist
5. Start the services back up and you should be able to navigate to Index Dashboard
