Resolution
_Stop the Dataload and Exchange Store Manger services
_Open the Config Console
_Advance Settings
_New Item
_"Autodiscover Use External Mailbox Server" set the value to True.
_Choose Apply
_Start the Dataload and Exchange Store Manger services
Check the Dataloader.wlog and the ESM.log for MAPI 80040111 errors.
