How to manage seats of Enterprise Subscription licenses?

Enterprise Subscription licenses with unlimited seats are configured in the license portal to automatically assign seats to end-users, eliminating the need for manual seat assignment by license administrators. 

After purchasing an Enterprise (unlimited seats) Subscription license, the portal automatically creates an organization for the license and associates the license with it. The license admin or purchaser then adds an account domain to the license, allowing any end-user with a matching company email domain to log in and instantly receive a seat, enabling immediate product use.

This automation reduces administrative workload, provides seamless access for authorized users, and ensures precise control over domain-based access to prevent unauthorized use.

To configure Enterprise Subscription licenses:

1. Login to the license portal as the account who as purchased the license or has been assigned as the license administrator
2. Locate your new organization - click "Switch to another account" menu toward the top of the page. From the menu drop down select your new organization.
3. Under Organization Licenses tab confirm your new Enterprise is listed
4. Navigate to the Settings tab and open the Domains section
5. Click the Plus Add icon to add a domain to the license - note you can only add the domain name that is the same as the email account domain currently signed into the portal
6. Once the domain has been added, it will be listed under Domains. To add different domains to the license, login to the portal with that domain account.
7. Next, navigate to the Organization Licenses tab again and this time select the Enterprise license
8. Navigate to the Settings tab of the license and open the Domains section
9. You should see the new added domain name. Toggle on the domain. 

With this configuration, any end-user with same email domain account logging into the product will gain access the product
