Export Wizard takes a very long time (over 30 minutes) to export to a csv file

In v6.5 the Export Wizard takes a very long time (over 30 minutes) to export to a csv file, where the CLP command takes one second to export the same data to csv file.
原因
The issue is related to TDB-3602
解决办法
1. Re-run the Export Wizard to export the required rows. 2. On the "Select Output Format" screen there is a field called "Read buffer size". 3. Lower that value to 500. 4. Re-time how long it takes to export, to see if it improves.
