Cannot access online help via terminal server (4328292)

When installing STAT 5.2.2 client on a terminal server, I've tried to access the online help by selecting Help > Online Books

But it appears as "Help > Online Books (not installed)"

This option is grayed out.
I've verified in the installation and the documents was installed. Furthermore, if I remote connect to the citrix server and open STAT, I can access the online books. Is there some special rights that are needed to access these books?

WORKAROUND:

1. You can create a shortcut on the desktop that points to the online help books. Look for a file called SysAdmin.htm, usually it's under C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Stat 5.2.1\htmldocs\SysAdmin. All the online books are under the htmldocs directory.

2. Right click on the Stat icon | properties and make sure that the "start in" is in the same folder where the .exe is.
