The "Error Selecting from Sequence" is raised opening AR Transaction Batch object on target database even if archive and migration got successfully. (4304154)

After installed Resource Kit 1.4 and ran the AR objects creation, even if the archived and migration got successfully, an "Error Selecting from Sequence" error is raised opening AR Transaction Batch object on target database.

This is a known issue documented also in the Resource Kit that talks about sequence affected objects.  If the target and source are not clones or do not exactly match, then deploying the object via Stat will not work.

In the resource kit document there is a section entitled Sequence Affect Object Types with this description: The following object types use a sequence ID as their primary key, which may create discrepancies when the same object type is modified in different environments. To avoid this problem, it is recommended you modify the following object types in the same environment. In short, this is an issue with oracle .lct file, not Stat. It would take a major rewrite of the .lct file to enable the copy from one environment to the other and Stat development do not rewrite Oracle delivered .lct file.
