Does exist a report to run based on the free Form Text Field ? (4298676)

The scope is to know if there is report of all free form text field like short description field, etc) that can be used to pull a report off based on that text field. Is there a report in the STAT report wizard that can be used to report off of one of the free form fields in the application?

Stat Report library includes pre-defined reports as well as any custom reports defined by users. The current report don't have this specific option, but user can create their own report. All Stat reports are defined by corresponding .jrxml files.  Custom reports are created by formatting a .jrxml file using the 3rd party reporting tool IReport. User can create a report file from scratch, or use a copy of an existing file as a starting point.
