SCA logs in Debug put the password for APPS user in plain text

We can now start/stop agents from within Windows Client and also change log level in STAT_QA, the Log of STAT agent in Debug put the password for APPS user in plain. With this functionality, the person that have access to Windows client can have the password for APPS.
原因
DEBUG mode is usually reserved for emergency purposes and its access is usually restricted. The recommended log level is usually TRACE or INFO (default).
解决办法
This functionality will be fixed in a future Stat release. For future reference, please take into account case number STAT-5255.
