Force Migration Work flow to First Step/Status when a user gains a lock (After Reservation)

Is it possible to do not lock the object by the user with the reservation on that object?
解决办法
This is not possible. Once the user A get a reservation and user B unlock the object then user A will automatically get the lock if he/she is next on the list.
