Lync Server and Users Cannot validate argument on parameter 'LdapFilter'.

When running the Lync Servers and Users Task it is failing with "The following error occurred during the processing of a given gathering: Cannot validate argument on parameter 'LdapFilter'. The argument is null or empty. Supply an argument that is not null or empty and then try the command again
原因
The users are in one forrest and the Pool and or servers are in another forrest.
