MessageStats currently does not currently provide the functionality of exporting to different languages on the same MessageStats Reports installation.
WORKAROUND
Install MessageStats Reports on two different machines (e.g. one in English and the other in the other language) that are pointed to the same MessageStats database
STATUS
This functionality is currently not available in the product. Enhancement TF00097028 has been submitted to development for consideration in a future release of MessageStats.
