解决办法
The following Microsoft KB article, 319175, provides the services that are disabled that prevents MessageStats from being able to do a standard MAPI logon:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbID=319175
This article highlights what prevents MessageStats from doing a direct MAPI logon to front-end servers. OWA uses Web Components and HTTP to connect to back-end servers. MAPI is not used.
For those servers that MessageStats cannot connect to, it is because a required service is disabled, DSProxy. In those cases, see the MORE INFORMATION section at the bottom of the Microsoft article to find out how to enable the DSProxy service.
