sftp connection fails to Windows. Unknown error connecting to server

When performing a "test connection" (Stat Object Maintenance -> File Servers -> Test Connection) will get a "Unknown error connecting to server" message. The ssh server logs show the STAT (SSH-2.0-WeOnlyDo) client closing the session immediately by sending an EOF. Connection to the Windows SSH server using "putty" from the Windows server, and ssh from the STAT Web client on linux server, both work fine.
原因

Using SSH Bitvise server with default configuration.
解决办法

The Web client connect (Stat agent) is able to work with the Bitwise default Algorithms for key exchange, but the Stat client only works with Bitvise using "diffie-hellman-group1-sha1" algorithm for key exchange.
So, On Bitvise configuration window, click Advance Setting then click at the Algorithm session and set it to use "diffie-hellman-group1-sha1".

If using Cygwin and have the same issue, but don't have SSH Bitvise installed, you can change the configuration file on Cygwin to solve the connection. For example: Open C:\cygwin\etc\sshd_config in a text editor and add the following line to the end of the file: KexAlgorithms diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1,diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
