Please use instructions below to correctly upgrade MessageStats application.
If you have MessageStats database located on remote SQL, then you need to run custom setup of MessageStats database first. You should manually run installer on your SQL server. Unselect all components and leave only database portion.
After database is upgraded you can continue to install remaining components. Specify custom setup, unselect database component and select the all remaining, point to already upgraded database.
