The Long Command Timeout Value applies to long commands like the ones in PR_CalculateRollups (used in Report Aggregation) and is there to time out any SQL command that may have hung.
Increase the Long Command Timeout Value using the following steps:
1. Stop any running tasks
2. Open the MessageStats Console, bring up the MessageStats Server Properties page.
3. Look into the Database tab and there are two timeout values that can modified.
4. Increase the existing values for these. (e.g. Double the values)
5. Click OK to apply the changes.
