When trying to create a CSR, after clicking on "generate migration path", the Stat client hangs and does not get the cursor back. This may happen for all users.
原因
Maintenance currently going on with the database
解决办法
1. Have the DBA check the oracle alert log to see if there is any tablespaces issues
2. Verify if there is any maintenance reorg to the database that is causing the stat database to hang
3. If all else fails, try to bounce the stat database
