Backups may fail with the following error:

"The server threw an exception -2147417851"

If you have numerous Computer Collections, each backing up a number of DCs and those schedules running at the same time, or close to the same time, try staggering the backup schedule start times and test to see if the error disappears or the frequency is reduced. If the error still occurs, but less frequently, try ensuring each collection finishes before the next one starts.
