1- Close both Configuration Manager and Reporter Manager consoles.
2- Go to
C:\ProgramData\Quest, and copy
ProductLicenses.xml to another location as a backup, then delete this file:
Caution: If you have more than one Quest products installed in the same server in which Enterprise Reporter is currently installed, then you can't delete this
ProductLicenses.xml file because by doing so it will remove the license for all Quest products that you have installed in the same server. If you have more than one Quest product installed, then edit the
ProductLicenses.xml file with notepad, or notepad++ and only remove the lines for Enterprise Reporter leaving the lines for the other products intact.
Make a backup of the .XML file before you remove those lines.

3- Open Configuration Manager console and Install the new license.
