When replicating one particular server I get this error:

Cannot write to .vzundo file

somehow it cannot write to .vzundo file, You may want to delete the .vzundo and .vzmap files on the Target VM, or you have to delete the replica VM and re-create the replication job,
Removed those files from the Target and have restarted the replication job, it ran fine afterwards.
.VZUNDO file defination:
This is a temporary file that records original data of changed blocks since the replication started. One for each file replicated. In case of a replication failure such as network failure, vzundo-script can be executed to restore files to their original state. These files are created by the replication process and removed when the job iscompleted.
