vReplicator 3 failover - a disk read error occurred -
Description
Upon successful replication of a Virtual Machine when going to failover, test failover, or manually power up replica VM via vSphere Client, the following error appears on boot:
"A disk read error occurred"

Resolution
Short term resolution is to edit the replication job, uncheck or remove ABM option, then run the replication job once more and then verify good _replica VM integrity by test or real filing over the replica VM.
Long term resolution is to upgrade to vRanger latest release 5.3.1 that has the fix for this product defect found in vReplicator 3.0.x series
