An error occurred while updating UCA 8.8.1 to U3 (4370138)

An error occurred while updating UCA 8.8.1 to U3

Currently installed version is 8.8.1.20. When I downloaded 8.8.1 update 3 and executed the UCanalytics.exe, the error shows up saying "Operation Failed", "An error occurred while updating the component settings: Deployment Settings KeyName 'StorageEngineIPV6' could not be found" and cannot continue further.

Problem with U3 setup file.

New setup file UCA_881_U3_2.exe requested and uploaded to customer.
Request the file at Quest Support.

Change the Deployment Config file.

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Quest\UC Analytics\Configuration path and open the DeploymentConfiguration.txt file. ( Where UCA is installed) 
2) Search the following text in DeploymentConfiguration.txt file : "StorageEngineSeeds" 
3) On the same line there is a text as "Server Name" 
4) Open the CMD in that server and enter ipconfig -all. 
5) Check if there is any IPV6 server available 
6) Copy the address of IPV6 and replace the address with "ipv6 address" in the below text 
{"Key":"StorageEngineIPV6","Value":"\"<ipv4\6 address>\""} 
7) Again go to DeploymentConfiguration.txt file, and paste the above text ie {"Key":"StorageEngineIPV6","Value":"\"<ipv6 address>\""} next to {"Key":"StorageEngineSeeds","Value":"\"IP ADDRESS\""} 
8) Save and ext. 
9) Launch the application again after upgrading NOTE : 1) If there are no IPV6 address available , then copy IPV4 address and paste that IPV4 address only.
