Noticed that the license dashboard shows two different licenses for "UCCS - Analytics" and "UC - Analytics". Can you explain the difference here and why there is one trial license? -

They are worried that the trial license might have any impact on the product. -
Resolution
Unified Communications Command Suite - Analytics (UCCS - Analytics) was rebranded as Unified Communications Analytics (UC - Analytics) in 2015. Actually the two names are pointing to the same product.When you install UCA 8.4.2, the installer will apply a trial license automatically with the new name UC - Analytics. You might have received the license from the license team with the old name UCCS - Analytics.No worry about that. We accept the licenses with both of the two names and they can coexist. As long as you have at least one valid license, UCA will be functioning normally.
