Does Unified Communications Command Suite - Analytics need to gather the message tracking logs from the Exchange Edge Transport Servers to determine if a message is an external message?
Resolution
No you don't need to gather message tracking logs from your Edge server with UCCS - Analytics to determine if a message is external or internal.
UCCS - A determines external email by the target domain, not by whether it exited via edge server.
