Is there a way to filter or sort Insights based on what Group the users are a member of? -
Resolution
1. First you will need to be running 8.4.2.307 or later. 8.4.2.307 is UCA 8.4.2 Maintenance Release 1.Found here:2. After you have successfully installed 8.4.2 Maintenance Release 1 or later add a separate column in the insight through the Customize insight option: Square icon with pencil on the right side of the page.
3. Click Show advanced fields
4. Expand Groups Directly Member Of
5. Click Name
6. Click Next
7. Select Equals and type in the Group name you would like to filter on.
8. Click Add, you should then see a new Column for "Groups Directly Member Of Name".
