Analytics website is automatically logging in as the same account but not the my Windows account.
Description

When accessing the UC-Analytics website (Analytics) you are logged in as the Service Account or the same account every time and not your Windows Account. UC-Analytics should log be logging in as the account I'm logged into my computer with.
Cause

Within Internet Information Services (IIS) the Physical Path Credentials from the Advanced Properties of the Analytics website has an account specified.
Resolution

1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) from the machine hosting the Analytics website, usually the UCA server.
2. Expand the Default Website
3. Right-click on Analytics | Manage Application | Advanced Settings
4. Click Application User (pass through authentication)
5. Click Ok
6. Open Command Prompt and run type iisreset and press enter.
7. Close and reopen your browner and access the Analytics website and it should login as your Windows account.
