When trying to access the Website you receive the message: "Application Failed to Start"
You notice an IP address listening on Storage Engine Port 9260
To determine what IP address is listening on Port 9260 run the following:
1. Open Command Prompt
2. type in netstat -an | find "9260"
3. Note the IP address that 9260 is listening on, it is most likely the secondary IP on the machine and not the primary
1. Disable the Secondary NIC that is not supposed to be listening on 9260
2. Restart the Storage Engine Service and verify the correct IP address is listening on 9260
