Storage Engine service starts then stops with a 0 KB CommitLog found. "insufficient space to compact all requested files" in Cassandra.log
Description
You notice the Storage Engine is stopped and no collections are working.
DataEngineService.log shows 503 Unavailable
Cassandra.log shows:
