Format SQL button disabled in editor's toolbar when not connected -
Description
The Format SQL button is disabled in the editor toolbar when not connected, but the Format SQL option is available and works in the editor's right click menu. The Format SQL button should be available in the toolbar when disconnected.

WORKAROUND:
User Format SQL button in right click menu.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for SQL Server. -
