SQL Tuning would not launch for SQL SERVER 2005 - "Processing Error! Original SQL: Invalid SQL St (4334723)

Starting from SQL Server 2005, schema is no longer equivalent to user. Schema is now a separate namespace that can own objects and it is independent of user. In databases where the schema has a different name from the user, SQL Tuning will not be able to recognize the table owned by this schema. An error stating: "Processing Error! Original SQL: Invalid SQL Statement. Table does not exist." is returned.
