Execution plan shows wrong cost % -
Description
The "estimated operator cost" is translated wrong when doing a Execution Plan.
The correct value would be the value shown by Toad /100.
This only happens when the regional settings are set to German. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Change the Windows regional setting to English if possible
STATUS
