Keyboard Scheme Management Studio Loads Incorrectly -
Description
After upgrading from 6.7, the setting for the Management Studio keyboard theme don't seem to apply. Switching to another scheme, then back to Management Studio seems to fix these values on the UI. However after hitting Apply or Ok, nothing changes and the incorrect values are back again for this keyboard scheme.
e.g. setting the Block | Comment keystrokes to CTRL + K seems to be accepted, but don't get applied in the editor

Cause
CTRL + K appears to reserved, but shows no conflict when applied. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Try an alternative combination of keystrokes.
