"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error given when launching Design Report from Report Manager
Description

When working with Report Manager, with any report listed, if you right click | Design Report, you get the error:

"System.NullReferenceException
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
none

STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 4.0. The latest version of Toad for SQL Server can be downloaded here.
Additional Information

This is only an issue in Toad for SQL Server 3.2.
