Description

When attempting to launch the SQL Tuning option from TOAD for SQL Server, the following error appears:

"Error.System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

COM object with CLSID {73154287-D51E-4B43-B17A-FB7C0B1AD683} is either not valid or not registered."
Resolution

Upgrade Windows XP to Service Pack 2.
