"System.NullReferenceException" while Defragmenting Indexes (4269416)

1. Chose Tools, Index Fragmentation.
2. Clicked ellipse button, and selected all databases.
3. Clicked on search button.
4. Clicked checkbox on all results with Fragmentation % greater than 25%.
5. Clicked Defragment button.

Generates the following error when attempting to defragment indexes using Toad for SQL Server 5.5:
