After entering the authorization key, the Site Message field remains grayed out. -
Description
When the authorization key is entered, the Site Message still remains grayed out.

Cause
If the Trial version is still on the machine, and a commercial key is used on the trial version.

Resolution
Uninstall the trial version from the machine, then the commercial version needs to be installed. The Authorization key can then be applied and the Site Message will be enabled. The latest version of Toad can be downloaded here .
