Data Export Wizard, Switch to Output Format to SQL Script, No Table name: Schema/User fields blank (4260982)

Scenario 1

Return a data set.
Right click Export | Export Wizard. Switch to Output Format to SQL Script.
On the right hand side of dialogue Script Options: Table name: Schema/User fields blank.
Confirmed and it was not like this in Toad for SQL Server 5.8.

Scenario 2

User does a JOIN with same statement.
SELECT TOP 10 FROM table a JOIN table b On table=table b GO
Return a data set.
Right click Export | Export Wizard.
Switch to Output Format to SQL Script.
On the RHS of dialogue Script Options: Table name: Database; Schema/User fields blank.
Confirmed and it was not like this in Toad for SQL Server 5.8.
