Opening Project Manager gives System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException error. (4255259)

When user opens the Project Manager the following error results.

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException
Length cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: length

WORKAROUND:
1. Please open the ProjectManager.tpf at C:Documents and Settings<user></user>Local SettingsApplication DataQuest SoftwareToad for SQL Server 3.0ModuleSettings.

2. In the ProjectManger.tpf delete the following line.

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for SQL Server.
