Toad for SQL Server 6.1 R2 installer showing version number as 6.1.0, instead of 6.1.2
Description

In the Toad for SQL Server 6.1 R2 installer, on the screen that asks which products you want to install, it has the version listed as 6.1.0 and says it is already installed. Why is it not showing as v6.1.2 and offering to update the 6.1.0 version that is already installed on the machine?
Resolution

Version 6.1 R2 was released to include updates for products other than Toad for SQL Server, that are bundled in the Suite. There were no updates for Toad for SQL Server itself in the v6.1 R2 release. It is the same Toad for SQL Server 6.1.0 that was in the previous suite. So, if you have version 6.1.0, then you have the latest version of Toad for SQL Server available.
