Tabs for Editor or other tools are not closing by clicking the 'X' button -
Description
Having the Editor or Query Builder or any other tool open in Toad will create different tabs, each with a small 'X' button to close them out. However, in the 6.1 release of Toad, occasionally the tabs will not close down when clicking the close button. Sometimes repeatly pressing the button would eventually close it, but it's not as responsive as previous versions to close on the first try, every time.
